Emily Jones

Emily Jones is from Brighton, Missouri. She began her dance training at Center Stage Dance Academy and later enriched her education at Springfield Ballet. Having developed a great love for all things dance, Emily furthered her dance education at Belhaven University and received her Bachelor or Arts in Dance in 2016. While at Belhaven, she was a member of the Dance Ministry Ensemble, Urban Dance Club and the National Honor Society for Dance Arts. 

Since graduating, Emily has participated in Springfield Little Theater’s productions of Jesus Christ Superstar and West Side Story. From 2018 to 2020, Emily trained in dance at Störling Conservatory of Dance (formerly known as Störling’s Artist Development Program). During that time, she performed at Open Stage at the J, Project Dance Oklahoma City and Paris, Red Studio Live, Prolepsis KC and National Dance Week Kansas City. In 2019, she had the opportunity to dance in Germany and France as a guest with Störling Moves. 

This season, Emily is excited to begin her Internship with Störling Dance Theater. When she is not dancing, you can find her loving on her nieces and nephew.
