UNDERGROUND premiered in 2008 to rave reviews and passionate audiences. Each year, the community has called for Störling Dance Theater to return to the stage with inspiration of hope and beauty. In 2011 the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts invited Störling to move UNDERGROUND into this world-class facility where it now resides. The 2016-17 season marks the 10th annual performance and the year that UNDERGROUND will begin touring to other cities. Kansas City begins our performances of UNDERGROUND, and then on to St. Louis, March 5, for our premiere in that beautiful city.
Come see the premiere of a new holiday production, Child of Hope. Hear inspiring Christmas songs performed by some of Kansas City's top singers and musicians as well as see the Nativity story told as only Storling can tell it.
